DRESS UP DAY & GRANDPARENTS DAY (22ND AUGUST 2023)
Students enjoyed dress-up day showcasing their favourite book character with their amazing costumes. Students presented their character in front of family and friends in celebration of the ‘Hats off to Reading’ Book Fair.
There was a wonderful array of costumes representing a wide variety of reading genres. IAS values reading as it improves literacy and comprehension while also nurturing positive connections with those who read with them.

As part of the ongoing Book Fair and Dress up Day activities, IAS celebrated the occasion by hosting a special Prime Time and morning tea in honour of our grandparents. The morning provided an opportunity for grandparents and their grandchildren to share special memories together. We thank all the grandparents who were able to attend and think of those who were unable to.
